PROJECT SUMMARY

Knight Harwood contracted us to resolve complicated geometry issues relating to the suspended ceilings at 90 Fetter Lane.  We ensured the architects’ design and material specifications were met. We worked with the manufacturer, SAS International, to develop a System 330 ceiling solution. The development involved creating over 50 different configurations of C-profiles to ensure a seamless fit at column and perimeter interfaces for the main floor plate ceilings. The corridor and washroom areas were installed with a mixture of System 330 tiles, aluminium trims and MF plasterboard ceilings. To achieve the required industrial look both the ceiling tiles and C-profiles were finished in a metallic grey. The tiles were manufactured with a 49% perforation pattern to faintly expose the soffit. Bespoke GRG rafts and light troughs were also installed by our team to create a striking feature to the atria. In addition a full drylining package to the core and perimeter walls was installed throughout the building.
