PROJECT SUMMARY

We worked with Knight Harwood to provide an interior fit-out solution for Chanel’s new headquarters in the historic Time and Life Building on New Bond Street, London. We fitted several high value specifications to the exacting standards of the architects’ design, working closely with our client and other sub-contractors.

Our client asked us to install a monolithic ceiling finish to provide the acoustic absorption required for a busy open plan office. To achieve this, our team installed Sto Silent acoustic plaster suspended ceilings and large Kvadrat Soft Cell Broadline panels. These panels were fitted and divided by plasterboard bulkheads. This gives the work areas structure whilst also maintains the ‘open’ feel to the office. In addition, corridor ceilings were formed using SAS system 330 tiles and associated aluminum trims.

This project was complex due to its strict timings and location within a very busy part of London. Our dedicated site management team ensured we finished on time and within budget.
